Phil restored our faith in GCs. He was truly an advocate for us and listened to our desires. Our house turned out beautiful, and we get so many compliments.
When our family relocated to Franklin, we bought an original (and not in the good way) 1981 home on a beautiful piece of land. We knew it would need a complete renovation. Since we had a horrible experience with a GC on a previous home, we thought we would just be our own GC and hire our own subs. But we quickly learned how challenging this could be, and being new to the area, we were pretty clueless around building codes (especially septic laws).
This was around the same time Lionheart opened for business, and I just so happened to see their social media account. We decided to take a leap of faith, leave the past behind, and set up a consultation with Phil. Phil was very transparent from the start, and a straight shooter, an approach we valued. We realized we could trust him with our biggest investment yet, and hopefully what will become our forever home.
We decided to work with him and we can't recommend Lionheart enough! Phil restored our faith in GCs. We learned there will always be surprises in renovation and sometimes decisions have to change, but Phil was truly an advocate for us and listened to our desires. What's also a big perk is that Phil has worked in various sub roles prior to becoming a GC, so he knows how the work is supposed to be done. If something wasn't right, he would make sure it was done properly.
Our house turned out beautiful and we get so many compliments! Phil's estimated costs were pretty spot on and we stayed on budget. We highly recommend Lionheart. Thank you, Phil. We love our home, and we are so grateful!
